Please also note that behaviour management is not the same as behaviourism. Behaviour management or classroom management can be influenced by ideology and theoretical perspective. A behaviourist follows the theories of behaviourism and would probably follow a classical approach to classroom management, whereas a progressive educator would have a different approach to classroom management.
