Family Wellness and Resilience: Briefly explain some of the more important ways in which your family maintained its ability to function (i.e., family strengths and resources), and what factors helped your family and its members be resilient in the face of adversity.
Personal Applications:
Identify 2 3 personal goals for growth based on your family of origin experience. These could be goals for growth that affect you individually and/or that affect your current relationships. Each goal should describe specific behaviors/changes you want to achieve.
For each goal, include at least one specific strategy (i.e., intervention) based on the model you chose above (i.e., Cybernetics/General Systems; Bowen Family Systems; Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, CBT/Solution Based, and Narrative and Collaborative).
Also provide the time frame in which you intend to accomplish each goal, any barriers that might get in your way, and strategies for overcoming expected barriers.
