This conceptual writing exercise is designed to crystallize your own perspectives and assumptions about the principalship and the ways in which you will pursue it in the future. Each part should be 2-3 pages long and it should detail the “takeaways” from the course and the program thus far.
Part 2: Describe how you will understand and motivate change in the school’s instructional model. Provide details and examples of goals, beliefs, strategies, perspectives, and knowledge needed for success as a principal who understands and motivates change.
Two (2) to three (3) pages. Details and examples of goals, beliefs, strategies/perspectives, and knowledge needed for their success as a school principal within each part’s topic. Includes references to course or program material.
