Critically reflect on an interaction at your internship using the Gibb’s Reflective Cycle. This event should be a recent event (within the past two weeks). The interaction can be work with a client, interaction with a supervisor or colleague, a community meeting you participated in, a workshop you presented, written work that you created for your agency and submitted, etc. Use the titles from Gibb’s Reflective Cycles as headings of each section in your journal (Description, Feelings, Evaluation, Analysis, Conclusion, Action Plan). Your Reflective Journal should be between 750-1000 words. Gibbs’ reflective cycle is a process involving six steps: Description – What happened? Feelings – What did you think and feel about it? Evaluation – What were the positives and negatives? Analysis – What sense can you make of it? Conclusion – What else could you have done? Action Plan – What will you do next time? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gbczr0lRf4&ab_channel=EPM
