PART A: Justification for a school, home and community partnership to promote
student wellbeing.
Analyse critically key wellbeing frameworks, policies and curriculum documents that promote
the development of the partnership between school, home and community. (Consider the
Australian Student Wellbeing Framework, PROSPER framework, your State Education
and/or Diocesan Wellbeing Policy etc.). Articulate how school practices and underpinning
values are likely to contribute to this partnership.
Part B: Describe a range of initiatives that could be implemented between the school,
family and community that will promote student wellbeing and positive development,
social and emotional learning, connectedness and resilience for students.
Consider all areas of the school that occur outside your own classroom. For example,
1. Co-curricular activities
2. School rules, values, behaviour management and pastoral care
3. Schoolwide initiatives such as committees, service learning, SRC
4. Home-school communication
5. Homework programs
